With a concept harkening back to Crooklyn Dodgers and its rotating membership, The Immortals Project are an East Coast based Hip hop super group with its present core members consisting of worldwide respected emcees El Da Sensei from the NJ wunderkind, Artifacts, and beatmaker/producer Duplicuts.

On their most recent album, “Rogue Agents”, the two have enlisted a select crew of heavy hitters to assist the 12-track opus.┬áTo help flesh out the Rogue Agents squadron, this time around El & Dup have enlisted the assistance of Sadat X (Brand Nubian), Kool Keith (UltraMagnetic MCs), John “JR” Robinson (AKA Lil Sci from Scienz of Life), Craig G (from the legendary Juice Crew) and NJ phenom Internal Quest. ‘Rogue Agents’ also contains remixes from their self-titled debut EP by the likes of Canada’s Ritchcraft and DJ Wayne Ski from Queens, New York.

The debut EP from The Immortals Project is a cinematic transformation of beats and triumph combined with the vivid lyricism of mythical emcees. And the follow-up album “Rogue Agents” is proving to push the music even further. With chart-topping songs like “Affirmative Action” and “On The Rise” (Peaked at #2 and #3 on the college charts, respectively), props from icons like Chuck D from Public Enemy, and award-winning videos, The Immortals Project continue to bring their fans what they’re known for — no-gimmick Hip hop music.

Originally coming together in 2008, El Da Sensei and Duplicuts formed The Immortals Project and released their self-titled debut EP with a special guest appearance by the legendary Craig G (Juice Crew, 8 Mile the Movie). Tracks from the EP have been licensed by Quiksilver, MTV2, as well as “In The Eyes of Players” on Candadian television. From the shattering mercurial rhythms of Break Boys to the epic beat-fest that is Count It Off, the EP is a beautiful synthesis of sweltering rhythms and Hip hop science. Crafted at The Citadel of Rhythmic and Microphonal Sciences, Duplicuts’s flurry of cadenced beats are effortlessly managed by El Da Sensei to create a source of newer, fresher source of oxygen for the masses that are hungry for straight-ahead Hip hop.
